On September 18, the docking meeting of the Fifth China Innovation Challenge (Ningbo) was held in Ningbo. The competition was hosted by the torch center of the Ministry of science and technology and Ningbo Science and Technology Bureau. It is an innovative means for enterprises to solicit solutions to the public through the "Unveiling competition" mode. At present, it has become an important platform for Ningbo to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, promote the collaborative linkage of industry, University and research, and enhance the R & D innovation ability of enterprises.
More than 100 enterprises from all over Ningbo participated in the challenge, and only 4 enterprises were selected. After visiting, investigating and evaluating by many experts, our company has been assessed as one of the four typical cases for the technical requirements of major emerging industries in Ningbo this year. Ningbo Guolang Robot Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018. In a short period of two years, the sales volume has exceeded 600000 units. Although affected by the epidemic situation this year, our sales have increased by 60% over the same period, and the orders have been arranged to the end of the year. Moreover, after 2 years of development, we have accumulated a lot of customer channels and manufacturing experience. At present, our products have been sold at different prices at different stages. The coverage rate and dust removal rate of our products are at the leading level in the same industry.
At present, the industry is all semi-automatic products. In June this year, our company officially set up a project to develop a fully automatic new product. It is expected to develop a low-cost sweeping robot with a new technical structure in November next year, which can really liberate hands and lead the development of the industry. In the process of project approval, we have technical difficulties in the identification, positioning, lens, navigation and other aspects of 3D vision sensor. We hope to take this competition as an opportunity to cooperate with universities, institutes and industrial technology research institutes.
Once the technical difficulties of 3D vision system are broken through and the expected cost is achieved, it is estimated that industrialization will be realized in 2022, with the annual sales volume of 200000 sets and the annual sales revenue of 200 million. It will be a leading industry and cross era sweeping robot product, and promote the turnover growth of enterprise sales in the next five years. The sales revenue will reach 600 million yuan in 2024, and it will grow into the top 3 in the world within 10 years.
